Prices include cleaning (once per week), welcome pack, services of our English speaking manager and daily pool maintenance and all gas and electricity.

A deposit of 20% of the full rental will be required at time of booking, the remainder to be paid no later than 8 weeks before first day of holiday.
Preferred changeover day is Monday but we may be flexible on this. Please check the availability calendar to see what is available. Holiday durations other than whole weeks are available, the daily rate is pro-rata the weekly rate.
Payment can be made by cheque, or PAYPAL. Please note there will be a 3.5% surcharge if paying by Paypal using your credit card.
